因為一直都有經痛的問題,所以婆婆買了紫金堂的經期餐給我試試,不像傳統中藥需要花時間去顧,而且吃起來也很好吃～包裝也很方便攜帶,上班的時候還可以帶一包紅棗水去公司喝～
