Delivery Information and Payment Method
We know how important it is to receive your products when you expect them, especially if you have ordered something for a specific occasion. As such, we are committed to deliver your order to you in the quickest time depending on the size and weight of your parcel. Items will either be packaged nicely in paper box, paper bag or plastic bag.
Local Delivery
Zi Jin Tang Singapore processes and ships orders on Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Properly completed orders submitted will be delivered within five working days.
FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100. This offer is valid online only and is applicable to Singapore delivery. Any orders less than $100 will be charged $10 for delivery fee. Please note that delays can occur in delivery, and these delays are beyond our control.
Payment Method
Zi Jin Tang Singapore accepts the following payment options:
PayPal and PayNow (only accepted upon approval). In cases where extra charges are involved, all costs will be borne by customers.
Return & Refund Policy
- Only unused products in original packaging can refunded.
- Customers are to send to goods back to Blk 1003 Toa Payoh Industrial Park #06-1517, Singapore 319075 to process the refund.
- We only accepted refund within 2 weeks of purchase.
- It will take 1-2 weeks to process the refunds back to customer’s bank account.
