Home Cooking Food Instructions

1. Prepare soup packet, Postpartum Beneficial Water and other ingredients.

2. Bring 1 soup packet and 1 pack of Postpartum Beneficial Water to boil in a pot.

3. Add other ingredients. Turn the heat to low, and simmer.

4. Once the pot boils, cover it with a lid and turn the fire off. Your meal will be ready in 3-5 minutes.

Menstrual Care Reminders

  • Do not consume cold and iced food
    Cold and iced food can prevent menstrual blood from being passed out of your body. Remember to also avoid food that is cold in nature. For example, avoid white grapes, melons, pear. Also, reduce consumption of spicy and oily food.
  • Do not overwork yourself
    Your body needs rest during your menstrual period to recover properly. Get adequate hours of sleep to keep up your energy levels.
  • Shower instead of taking a bath
    Your vaginal area is more exposed during your period. Showering will reduce your chances of infection.
  • Get an adequate amount of exercise or massages
    While you should not engage in vigorous activity, you may exercise or get massages to relax your body. If you experience cramps, you can try using hot water to warm your waist while showering. This will improve your blood circulation, reducing cramps.
  • Maintain a positive mindset
    Although you may experience bodily discomfort, keep yourself relaxed by adopting a positive mindset.
  • Consume nutritious food

    -Food high in fiber will maintain your blood sugar levels. Try vegetables, fruits, wholegrains, oats, and nuts.
