Our miscarriage meal package was developed in consultation with TCM Gynaecology Honorary Director and PhD holder Xu Hui Yin. She specialises in using food therapy to nourish and revitalise your body.

Note: This product is suitable for consumption only after your doctor has confirmed that your pregnancy tissue has been expelled (natural miscarriage) or the day after surgery.

Home Cooking Food Instructions

1. Prepare soup packet, Postpartum Beneficial Water and other ingredients.

2. Bring 1 soup packet and 1 pack of Postpartum Beneficial Water to boil in a pot.

3. Add other ingredients. Turn the heat to low, and simmer.

4. Once the pot boils, cover it with a lid and turn the fire off. Your meal will be ready in 3-5 minutes.
