Postpartum Workshops

We hold small group workshops and confinement food trial sessions for mothers preparing for confinement. All workshops and sessions are free of charge.

Only registered attendees are permitted. No registration on site allowed. If you are interested in attending a workshop but no dates are currently available, please contact us via the enquiry form and we will arrange a session for you if there is enough demand.
